| Notice is hereby been given that the Annual General Meeting of INBA will be held on Tuesday 27th April 2009 at 18.00 hrs, at the Netherlands Embassy, New Delhi (Reception Hall) to transact the following issues: |
- To receive and adopt the minutes of the AGM 2009;
- To consider and approve the Income & Expenditure Account and the Balance Sheet of INBA for 2007-08 & 2008-09
- To elect a new Governing Body for the ensuing year 2010-2011:
- President
- Vice Presidents (2)
- Governing body (6);
(Note: You are requested to complete and send the nomination form for the Office Bearers latest by 23rd April 2010 to Secretary, INBA)
- To consider other matters with permission of the chair.

| It is requested that the Members may kindly accept a shorter notice for the AGM caused owing to heavy travelling and future travel plans of the Chief Patron and some of the Governing Board Members. |
